Shipping policy

Orders placed will be dispatched within 3/4 business working days, you will receive a confirmation email please also check junk/spam. We are currently shipping orders via Royal mail and Evri FREE in the Uk. Shipping takes 2/3 working days, Next day signed post is available on Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays only but orders must be in by 1pm for dispatch. Please note delays can occur at any time and therefor is not guaranteed. This is completely out of our control. 

All flats and caravan sites must state this on shipping address 

PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS AROUND BAMK HOLIDAYS
As our Royal mail and Evri service is tracked and signed we will know when and where the parcels delivered so, please note we cannot accept claims of non-delivery or missing parcels. Any parcel left in a safe place or neighbour is at your discretion and we are unable to accept responsibility if the parcel is lost/stolen and therefor will not send a replacement/refund.
If your order is taking longer than the suggested timescale of 10 working days, then please contact me to investigate this.
